Arbitration Place Virtual (APV) is a secure eHearing service that includes everything you’d expect from traditional on-site proceedings, including live document display and sharing for all participants, real-time transcription, and breakout rooms for private deliberations. We provide full technical support – coordinated by Virtual Case Managers who are equally knowledgeable of the technologies employed and the legalities of virtual proceedings – and can host individuals at our downtown Ottawa and Toronto facilities, which adhere to stringent social distancing and cleaning protocols.
APV includes access to our roster of world-class arbitrators and in-house counsel, live document sharing, transcription and translation services, secure breakout rooms for private deliberations, and more.

We have an industry-leading court reporting company, A.S.A.P. Reporting Services, housed on-site, offering real-time transcription, simultaneous interpretation, and videoconferencing.

Arbitration Place has a fully equipped commercial kitchen and a staff chef. When you book with us, breakfast, lunch and snacks are all included in our service. That means you can expect home-baked muffins, fresh fruit and good coffee in the morning.
Lunch? How about roast beef with caramelized-onion horseradish or smoked salmon and goat cheese with lemon caper aioli sandwiches? Our staff takes special requests, and can arrange for outside catering from a wide variety of fine restaurants near our facilities in Toronto and Ottawa.
