Arbitration Place hosts "Dealing with Unconscious Bias in Arbitration"
On December 5, Arbitration Place, the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Canada Branch), ICC Canada, and ArbitralWomen are proud to organize a panel discussion on the topic of unconscious bias in arbitration.
Featuring a group of leading experts and arbitration practitioners, this event will explore the effects of unconscious bias and how it influences the decision‐making of counsel, parties, and arbitrators alike. Attendees – both men and women – will learn strategies for moving from unconscious bias to conscious realization.
