Planning Past Unconscious Bias in Arbitration

On February 5, 2018, Arbitration Place is proud to co-host an event with ArbitralWomen entitled "Planning Past Unconscious Bias in Arbitration". This seminar is a follow-up to our well received program held last December; the upcoming session will be facilitated by arbitration practitioners and diversity consultants, and will allow participants to explore ways to deal with unconscious bias and encourage inclusiveness in the decision-making of counsel, parties, and arbitrators alike.

The event is co-sponsored by the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society, ICC Canada, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Canada Branch) and the CPR Institute.
