Frank Newbould to speak at International Insolvency Institute Conference

Member arbitrator Frank Newbould will deliver the keynote address at the upcoming International Insolvency Institute (III) conference in Mexico City on March 13.

The III Conference, which is presented in conjunction with the International Bar Association Latin American Regional Forum Conference, will examine a variety of topics, including the use of arbitration as a means to resolve international insolvency disputes.
