The Great Debate: Ad Hoc vs. Institutional Arbitration

CIArb New York, in conjunction with the Canada Branch, will be hosting The Great Debate: Ad Hoc vs. Institutional Arbitration on Monday, October 29.

The debate will be held at Sidley Austin LLP in New York City from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, followed by a networking reception. It will feature William G. Horton (Commercial Arbitrator, Toronto) for Ad Hoc Arbitration, and Louis B. Kimmelman (Partner, Sidley Austin LLP, New York) for Institutional Arbitration. The debate will be moderated by Sophie Nappert (International Arbitrator, London).

The debate will be broadcast live in Canada at four separate host locations:

• Calgary, at McCarthy Tetrault LLP
