Synopsis: As a part of the virtual Paris Arbitration Week, Doug was the keynote speaker at the GAR Live Construction Disputes conference.
He delivered a keynote speech titled "Let’s Get Together: Quo Vadis International Construction Arbitration?" where six aspects of the dispute resolution process were analyzed to demonstrate how to establish successful proceedings from inception to completion.
